I finally got shots of some paintings I did for the traveling exhibition entitled Zions A Creative Response. One of the paintings is this one, entitled Patriarchs. It is a 16x20 oil on linen. The title, just so you all are aware, came from the land formation we happened to be passing at that time, but has an interesting play on meaning.

Yay Rob! That's awesome. You're going to have to pass that along, now, to the sweet man in the painting who requested a picture of it. I love the way it turned out. Incredible.
hmmm, my mama and daddy know that guy in your painting....Good Job.
That is a great one! Hey - I have a bunch of pictures I want to send to you (food for paintings hopefully) but I can't find your e-mail address so can you e-mail me at tynton17@gmail.com??? I love seeing your work (and want to see more more more). Love you!
I am so HAPPY that you put this picture up! The one in my head wasn't nearly as impressive as the real thing. I love the title as well; the title to a work is crucial, in my opinion. Brilliant colors, unique layout, and thoughtful expressions on the people in your painting. I give you five stars :)
Robby, mom just read the article all about your painting in the newspaper. She wanted me to tell you that is SO Awesome, and she is so proud of you. Keep up the great work.
This is amazing...congrats on the publicity. You're famous!
I especially love how you caught the shadows...and the color contrasts are terrific. You are terrific. Love you, Aunt Deb
