Check my other blog

Hey all, I was just making this post to say I finally updated my art blog with some of my more recent works. All of them are from last semester, but I haven't had a chance to digitize some of my other works. I'll post a self portrait I did when I finally get it back from the centrum. It's on display now. Anyway, the link is on the side there, but I'd love to hear your comments.

Family Reunion

So we had the Guymon Family Reunion, and it was way fun. I loved getting togeather with all the people we hadn't seen in so long. Family is wonderful! (It will take several posts with all the pictures).

A very treasure hunty, secrety affair in the horse trailer.

Wonderful Aunt Darlene... Perhaps that was why Cole had a head start on the clues....

All the kids lined up after the hunt for puctures. Even though our family has lost some, it seems to be growing as well. I love it.
I found this picture to be so hilarious. I love that a camera can capture the split second expressions people have. My interpretation from left to right: Maji is looking thoroughly exasperated and or awe struck by something on the roof of the pavilion. Talon is hugely introspective and or dejected by a lizard which he and Tali killed... The murder weapon? I'm not sure, but I would place my bets on the makeshift sword in his hand... Sharpened and everything. :) Trinidi doesn't know what to think, but has a somewhat "I'll cut you!" Look to her, don't you think? Uncle Louis and Aunt Darlene could be watching the wind blow toward them, judging from Aunt Darlene's hair... Or maybe it was something else. Tali is just happy to be there as always. Aimee is quite puzzled by something on the ground. Maybe something Drew-Bud spit out. The boy was so fun to watch. And Kodi is either picking her nose, or thinking something quite serious. Judging by the girl though I would say it is the latter of the two. Maybe she's thinking about how to get another horse ride, which I would have been more than happy to give. She had fun with Skeeter.

Family Reunion

It was bright

Note we even brought Dakota, and she was a complete mud blup afterword. No worries though, she has a grooming appointment tomorrow. Also note Brandi's cute gut. (My niece is inside. :)

Two cute Wilson girls. I love them.

Apparently Nolan has a new bow. She seems very nice.

Family Reunion

Dad brought Skeeter to family reunion which was great fun for all the kids... Not so much for the horse, he had his gut worked off. But Ava belle seemed to enjoy him.

Breakfast preperations.

Niki and Sara had a fun morning walk in the wilderness, complete with high school musical playing in her hand. in her words, "I'm sorry, but I like it." We love you Nick!

Such cute kids. It was great fun getting to see them all.

So that was family reunion. For all those who didn't get to come, I hope this gave you a minor touch of what we did. It can't make up for missing the food though, I think I gained several happy pounds from the desserts alone. :) Love you all!

Ava Belle and the Horses

On Jer's birthday Papa introduced the cutest little grand-baby to our greatest friends. Here's dad with Ava Belle and Skeeter

He decided to let her sit while we filled up the water.

How cute is that!? (the baby not the horse. He's ugly and we're selling him).

Isn't that a gorgeous hip? And look at that head. She is one pretty mare. (I have already established that the baby is cute).

Our New horse: Dad's pride and Joy

She is a grandaughter of Shining Spark!! And a great grandaughter of Hollywood Dunnit!! We couldn't resist.

We call her Spark, but that ranges from Spark to Sparkplug. :) (She's two with only nine rides so far).

Dad is so high on her in fact that he made me a bet. She would be smarter and farther along than Lady after 90 days.

I told him "Mr. you can say what you want about me, but I'll have to ask you not to talk about my horse that way." The bet is on!

The Unseen

I Robby Wilson, on this the sixth day of June have officially finished at around 9:16 am my novel whose working title is The Unseen. It was a huge project and I am so overjoyed now that I am done. In reality it's just the tip of the iceberg, since I'm going to do extensive editing and then work on the first draft of the second book, but overall the lions part is done. :) I am so happy with it.
