Near miss!
We have been having power issues...our landlord just brought in this plug! Looks like a near miss for having a fire! YIKES
Relief Society get-to-know you
We had a "beach" party with Hawiian haystacks, cocoanut cake and pineapple frappe! We played a great game; everyone brought a small favorite thing. It went in a paper sack. After dinner we sat in a circle and tried to guess who brought the item, then the person who brought it would tell why it's one of their favorite things! So much fun!
It's been a busy month!
The gift shop had a Valentine's Day sale. I set up the tables and arranged the sale items! I think it turned out nice.
Dead seas scrolls
Dad and I went to SLC and saw an exhibit of the dead seas scrolls! It was very interesting and dad LOVED it! I was hoping we could meet Niki's new baby Amanda Jean, but maybe next trip!
I received a new calling on Sunday!
Dad gave me this card, which totally cracked me up! Plus a book and a journal. What a good man!
Went to Logan for the weekend!
I got a new hair cut/color! We had fun hanging out with Rob, Jennifer, Brandi, Tim and the kiddos ;)
Volunteer Party
I got so busy with the party I forgot to take pictures....here are a few when I finally remembered. I think the party was a hit. Indoor snowflakes are the only way to go in January:)
We played pig jack with the Petersen crew
Brandi, Tim and kids gave the pig jacks to Grandpa Scott. It reminded us of pass the pigs, a family favorite!!
